- Residents who would like basic phone service (853-XXXX) must order it through OTC.
- Only one resident need to sign-up, unless multiple phone numbers are requested.
- Jacks are located in Bedroom A, Bedroom B and Kitchen. [view layout]
Upon signup, all 3 jacks will be activated.
- Residents are encouraged to sign-up for High-Speed Data instead of the phone line for computer use.
- The student who signs up for basic phone service will receive the bill.
- Students may use a calling card or pre-paid calling card for long distance service.
- A phone line is required if you will be ordering an intrusion alarm system.
- Residents must provide their own instrument and phone cords.

Internet Access
High Speed Internet/Data: $49.95, per apartment. The $49.95 + additional fees is a monthly installment of the semester price (5 payments per long semester). This is an installment of the semester price and NOT a month-by-month payment option.
Other Billing Options:

($25 one-time set up fee)
(The data rate offered will be 3.0 Mbps/512 Kbps and no other data rates will be offered. One charge covers ALL residents in the apartment, and each resident receives the 3.0 Mbps/512 Kbps rate. |
Apogee Customer Service

- A subscription-based service that offers the student full mobility and connectivity to the network from any Ethernet port in their apartment. The service also includes toll-free phone support and on-site move-in assistance from Apogee staff.
- Each Apartment must sign-up for their own service.
NOTE: Excessive bandwidth utilization can result in requirement for upgrade or disconnection. |

Instructions For Apogee Online Form:
1. Click: Are you ready to sign up?
2. Select Schools in Tallahassee.
3. Select your Heritage Grove Building, including Bldg number from pull down menu
4. Click "Next"
5. Complete form and click "Next-Select Services."
6. Follow the prompts.
For hardware assistance or to schedule an appointment with an Apogee technician, call Customer Service at the number above. Onsite sign-up and support will be conducted during the move in period.
- On-site techs will be available during the move-in periods to assist with computer setups and problems.
