Setting up your Voice Mail
Initializing your mailbox will personalize your greeting, password, and name.

Choose your own private, 4- to 10-digit passcode.

Next, write out what you want callers to hear when they reach your Voice Mail. |

Then, choose what you want your "name" to be. |

Dial 853-MAIL (853-6245) |

Enter 1234 for your passcode.
(You will change it during the tutorial. You will use the new passcode from this point on.) |

Follow the recorded tutorial. You must remain on the line until the system says "GOOD-BYE" to save the changes you made. Then hangup. |

Customize your voicemail by setting your number to forward calls to your mailbox when you do not answer or if your line is busy.
To set your Call Forward No Answer:
Dial *92. After the confirmation tone, dial 853-6245.
Hangup after the second confirmation tone.
To turn Call Forward No Answer off, dial *93.
To set your Call Forward Busy:
Dial *90. After the confirmation tone, dial 853-6245.
Hangup after the second confirmation tone.
To turn Call Forward Busy off, dial *91. |
