STEP #1: Check Eligibility
Send email to help@otc.fsu.edu providing name, e-mail address, street address and home telephone number. If you already have service with Embarq, you must be the bill payer on the local service account with Embarq.
STEP #2: Place Order
If DSL is available at your residence, order now by calling 1-800-877-1590. To receive the FSU@Home special pricing, you must ask for the "FSU@Home Special" code: AAAREBT(AAA) AND provide them with your FSUCard ID number, so please have it ready when ordering.
STEP #3: Installation & Configuration
Visit Embarq's High-speed Internet Support Center for installation information, user guides, technical support or to test your speed!
STEP #4: Accessing the FSU LAN (optional)
