| Find the Media Access Control (MAC) Address for Windows | ||
| 1. | Click on the Start Menu at the bottom left of the screen, then click on 'Run...' | |

| 2. | A 'Run' window should appear. Type 'cmd' in the text area, then click 'OK'. | |

| 3. | A console window should appear. Type 'ipconfig/all', then hit return. | |

| 4. | The MAC address is the string of 6 pairs of numbers and letters that appears with the heading 'Physical Address' | |

| Hint: you can also just type 'getmac' at the cmd line. | ||

| 5. | If you connect using a wireless network, please report the MAC address that appears in the section labelled 'Wireless Network Connection.' If you sometimes connect via wireless network, and sometimes through ethernet (a wired network), please include both MAC addresses. | |
