Order |

Departments who wish to pay for DSL at an employee's
residence or off-campus location, can place an order
and be billed through the Office of Telecommunications.
If DSL is available at the employee's residence, or
off-campus location just click here now to order online.

| Under Data Services: select "FSU@Home
(DSL)" (check estimate only box) |
| In "Details of Work" field,
list : |

Employee's Name, Home Phone Number
and Address. Also, indicate Level of Service,
and Installation Option. Business line will be required. |

Department Name, Address, non 644, 645

Visit Embarq's High-speed
Internet Support Center for installation information, user guides, technical support or

| STEP #4: Accessing the
FSU LAN (optional) |

Once your DSL is installed and you have access to the
Internet, most sites at FSU are public. For restricted
sites such as the Library,
you will find instructions on that page (i.e. EZ Proxy.)
If you are an employee working from home, you can install VPN
(Virtual Private Network) to access your work desktop
from home. Your department's Network Administrator should
be able to assist. If you need further assistance, contact
