CALLING CARD DIALING INSTRUCTIONS
Domestic (Within the U.S.)
  1. Dial 1-800-555-5505.
  2. After the voice prompt, dial your authorization code (the 10-digit number printed on the front of the card + 4-digit PIN).
  3. After the voice prompt, enter 1 + Area Code + number you wish to dial.
  4. To make additional calls, press ## and repeat step 3.
From an International Location to the U.S.
  1. Dial the Primary Free Phone Number for the country from which you are calling.
  2. Dial 3340, your calling card number and 1 + the number you are calling.

NOTE: You can direct dial from Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, Saipan and the US Virgin Islands.
From International Location to International Location
(calls placed FROM an international location TO another International location- NOT the US)
  1. Dial the international toll-free access number (ITFS) for the country from which the call is being placed. If the Cardholder does not have touch-tone capability, hold for an Operator to complete the call.
  2. At the prompt, enter the four-digit International Security Code (3340)
  3. At the prompt, enter the Card Number (account number + PIN)
  4. At the prompt, enter 011 + Country Code + City Code + number.
From U.S. to an International Location
  1. Dial the toll-free access number and wait for the system prompt. If cardholder does not have touch-tone capability, hold for an operator to complete the call.
  2. At the prompt, enter the Card Number (account number + PIN)
  3. At the prompt, enter 011 + Country Code + City Code + number.
