| Basic telephone line service is dependent upon your instrument (telephone), class of service, standard and optional features. Dialing features and capabilities may be changed by your departmental representative completing a Telecommunications Service Request (TSR) form.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The Office of Telecommunications conducts an annual analysis of service-driven costs that are recovered through fees associated with the basic telephone rate. Fees are adjusted in relation to changes in actual costs incurred by the University. Considering the current economic environment, the Office of Telecommunications is pleased to announce a $1.68 reduction in the monthly basic telephone line rate for fiscal year 2009 – 10. The reduction represents a 7% savings to the University Community. Details pertaining to the reduction are as follows:
