| Basic telephone line service is dependent upon your instrument (telephone), class of service, standard and optional features. Dialing features and capabilities may be changed by your departmental representative completing a Telecommunications Service Request (TSR) form.

Features (Custom Calling)
Depending upon your instrument, you may have various calling features such as return call, call waiting or caller ID added to your line.

How much does it cost?Each year, the Office of Telecommunications conducts an analysis of costs related to the monthly fees added to the basic telephone charges. If necessary, these fees are adjusted based on costs incurred by the University. The previous fiscal year and current year rates for 2007-08 are as follows:
