All departments activating
Access Control and Security Systems are required to:

be activated until the above information is provided to FSU
Police
Department and the OTC Security Administrator.
To activate or deactivate people from access control systems using
their FSUCard, the Departmental
Security Representative must contact the Security Administrator
in writing or by e-mail:

two days for activation/deactivation and confirmation.
Requests for Exemption from the University Interior Alarm Policy (found in F&A policies OP-H-4B) may be made by completing the Request form and submitting it to FSUPD. Click HERE for the form.
